The Consultant I dealt with from Leicester Office, a Mr Mohammad Ahraz , shouldnt be dealing with people, he is a real loss to Hays employment options and what ever he says , never transpires, im not a Pawn , very poor, still 4 weeks later after leaving a message with Customer Care, no call , no feedback , nothing !

Not impressed at all, classic case of “We’re so big we don’t need to bother to fight for customer and candidates anymore” I certainly would not recommend I would recommend smaller more niche agencies, they understand your needs better and are still hungry Told me to go to interview for x job but got interviewed for y job. Got the job then Hays tried to knock my rate down by more than 10%, told me to leave if rate was not good enough, so I did. Then their client intervened and got me back in at original rate They have lost copies of my passport and other ID, then think nothing of it. In this day and age with GDPR etc, not long till they get a huge fine. Really poor agency with a rapidly diminishing reputation
Sam contacted me from the Leicester office about a role in Hatfield. He spent half a minute trying to tell me I was unsuccessful and that he won't be putting me forward. Complete waste of time as this could've been done via email. This agency clearly has a lot of time on their hands if they have to call candidates to tell them that they're unsuccessful. Another organisation that is desperate to stack up the figures for their statistics rather than assist the people with recruitment i.e. more concerned with quantity than quality. Another organisation that will get automated once the robots take over. Avoid at all possible costs.
Complete bunch of time wasters, they contacted me telling me they thought I'd be suitable for a job, they then got me to take a day off from the school I was working at UNPAID to go and look around the school. I applied for the job yet received no feedback on my application despite requesting it. When they did finally bother to get in touch they told me they didn't think I was suitable to the job! Avoid this bunch of inept, incompetent tossers.
