It is so itrespectfull thing with this universal credit they don't infor m about the data n not giving proper response they don't have the knowledge why u people give such way join to noob people .not giving proper guidance my account has been close without informing.
Sara is extremely unprofessional and definitely needs a warning from her superiors if not worse. I have filed an official complaint against her. She thinks its okay so make other colleagues laugh at the expense of customers. No wonder other co workers talk behind her back.
