Horrific Experience...Pressured right from the start of the sales process to complete on the property. Date given to move in but couldn't because Persimmon had breached planning permission!! Left homeless in West Wales with no family to help. Cost over £3,000 in accommodation and out of pocket expenses...no apology. Moved into property...poorly built with has appliances and electrics not meeting building regs, water logged garden and a leaking window. Now discover that again I was told untruths about purchasing freehold and am a victim of Fleecehold.
