We used this company to install a Mister System for us in March 2019.  However in under 2 years the pump started to fail by constantly self testing.  After waiting a substantial amount of time to have an update from them after having it sent away. It was returned to us in late 2021, but was still faulty self testing constantly once again.  FSR Electrical or Fire Safety Wales as they are also known assured us they would get this sorted for us in the new year.  We have heard nothing from them for over a year and they also did not arrange or conduct the yearly service.  Their customer service is absolutely dreadful and I would not recommend this company.

Avoid, , never turns up, cowboys , sware at customer, terrible experience. Nick their manager is out of control.  trade standards should pull their licence.

I would not recommend this company. Service is terrible. Twice they arranged to come and do a job for me and never turned up.  First time they didn't even have the courtesy to ring and cancel. I had to ring them. Second time they did ring me an hour after I was expecting them to say that they had to attend a call out. Waste of my time completely.

I’ve just had my sprinkler system serviced by Nick from FRS electrical ltd A very professional man explained everything to me as he did a year ago when we moved into our new build , went from room to room to ensure that all sprinklers were dust free and the system was as it should be ,thanks Nick I’m one very happy customer see you in a year .

Absolute terrible company, wouldn't call them tradesman, no customer service totally rude people and couldn't get them back for months to do the work and when they did finish I had to get another electrician in to sort out their mess.

Having read the negative comments left by other clients of FSR I am astonished by what has been said as it is a mile away from my own personal experiences.  I can only speak as I find and that is that FSR have given me an excellent service so far.  We have engaged them to supply and fit the Sprinkler system, Integral Solar panels and First fix electrics so far.  Neil and Nick have always been very professional throughout all of the project and have pushed through various sections of the build stage so I could get on with installing the ceilings etc.  The electricians, Dion, Ping, Alex and Matthew were polite, had a good sense of humour, happy cheerful and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they produced a clean and tidy job.  Likewise James and Tom installed the sprinkler system and they were equally as helpful, cheerful and professional as the electricians.  We have the second fix taking place in a couple of weeks and have also asked FSR to supply and install the ASHP.  All in all it has been a very pleasant experience so far and I have recommended them to several friends.  Keep up the good work lads  Thank you  Paul and Diane

This company are execeptional at what they do and good on price.  Nick is super knowledgable and works very hard ro get solutions for you and also a great guy. Excellent customer focus. Very well organised and responsive. Turn up when they say they will.Skillful service and also offering their service at a very fair price. I came to them as a self builder after having many astoronomically high quotes from local plumbers who were obviously cashing in on this. If u need this then Id recomend you contact Nick and speak to him directly.
