Ordered Rosewood Windows and composite doors.  Installation date given.  2 weeks before installation get a call to say the front door and side panel won't fit and will need to pick a completely different door and now have a full glass side panel instead. 

First day of installation nobody turns up, I've taken leave and loss of earning for this and nothing. Ring mid afternoon and get told they're not coming and they say they did leave me a message.  Now I've only given them my number around 8 times and still they cannot get it right. 

Next day they turn up, the guys doing the fitting are good guys and leave no mess.  They were doing the installation under some atrocious weather.  They finish on the weekend. 

The next day the sun is out so let's have a look at the house under sunshine, problem.  The colour of the Rosewood of the Windows and doors doesn't match.  The door is several shades lighter and sticks out like a sore thumb.  No problem Nolan say, they will sort it. 

Days later the Cardiff manager turns up saying nothing can be done and is more concerned with when are we getting paid.  Our neighbours have Rosewood doors and windows and guess what? Theirs matches.  We can put man on the moon but asking Nolan to give us matching doors and windows is asking the impossible.  When are we getting paid is the constant question, not the slightest bit interested in sorting these issues out. 

Was compensation offered for my loss of earning with the fitters not turning up, the fact we had to change the whole door design a couple of week before or the fact our house now has mismatched Windows and doors? Well of course not.  I had to mention it and then over a month later chase our small compensation.  

Enough is enough, write a letter of complaint to the main boss, Mr Nolan himself.  Over a month later he still can't be bothered to reply.  This company is a disgrace.  After sales care is non existent. All they want is the money. 

They claim they make the Windows, that's nonsense they just use the same company as most of the others.  

The quality of the product is fine but the quality control in making sure things match is dreadful.  They were not interested in fixing it and only what's easier for Nolan. 

If you order from this lot avoid Rosewood Windows and Composite door as they wont match. 

If I was as incompetent as this lot at my job, hundreds of people would be killed. 

Do yourselves a favour and go to a reputable company and avoid these cowboys. You have been warned!!!

Treat staff awful. Always ordering incorrect size windows and doors. Managers haven't got a clue
