We recently bought our house from Perry Bishop in Nailsworth and have been extremely impressed with their level of service. The team were very accommodating with viewings and very knowledgeable of the local area and amenities, also they were always friendly and helpful. Shirley was great at chasing up solicitors to speed the process along and was very proactive to get us to completion, A great team.

Throughout the purchase of a property that Perry Bishop were selling on behalf of our sellers, they were very professional, prompt and knowledgable. Perry Bishop and in particular Lynn Pimm Sales Progression Team offered better guidance, tenacity and wherewithal than our own Estate Agent Naylor Powell. We had a rude and difficult buyer who clearly could not afford our property, who spent 3 months trying to get a mortgage, lied, tried to bribe us financially, did not apologise and acted in such a way as to jeopardise the purchase of the property we were buying unduly overly supported at our expense by Naylor Powell via Perry Bishop. Lynn kept us informed at all times, chased our estate agent and despite acting on behalf of the seller, showed compassion and professionalism throughout a very difficult time. From the moment we made the viewing appointment for the house we now live in, Perry Bishop acted professionally, ensuring we had a Mortgage Agreement in Principle in place when offering and ensured all parties were actively engaged in the process. Despite not using Perry Bishop to sell our property a decision we regret - do not use Naylor Powell I can highly recommend using them when selling/buying a property.

I cannot speak too highly of the team at Perry Bishop Tetbury. Helen and Olly were unfailingly helpful from he outset, whilst Michelle's assistance in getting the purchase completed was invaluable. Would definitely use them if we ever need to sell a property.

We bought a house using Perry Bishop and Chambers, and thought we were part of a small straightforward chain. However, as always things aren't as simple as you hope. While everything was held up Shirley kept in contact with ourselves, the vendors and chased everyone she possibly could i order to get us in. We can't thank her enough for all she has done and would fully recommend using these estate agents. Thanks gorgeous!!

We bought a property through them, and they were very helpful. However I knocked one star off because the sales progression team are really hard to get hold of, and respond to questions. When they do, they are very helpful. But if I can make a constructive suggestion - make more people available on this team, or at least allow more than one person to respond. It seems that there's only one person that is able to deal with our house purchase. This can cause delays, when important issues need to be resolved. It doesn't really help to smooth the process when you are waiting days for a response to a blocking issue.

Can highly recommend Perry Bishop in Nailsworth.  The Manager, Shirley is a total star, very professional and highly efficient.  All her staff are very helpful too, nothing is too much trouble.  We viewed a house and exchanged and completed all within 20 days - all helped with their efficiency.PositiveProfessionalism

Shirley and her team helped to make the difficult process of selling my late mother's house smooth and painless.  They communicated well throughout the process and I would recommend them to anyone.
