Rupert Sturgis of Knight Frank Cirencester is personable, efficient and did an excellent job selling my property. He recommended a sensible price point to attract offers and then negotiated well which yielded the result I was looking for. Nicola was also always charming and helpful. A big thank you, to all of the staff at Knight Frank.

Our house purchase through this branch was a very positive experience. Nicola Williams who handled all the dealings was brilliant, she was very approachable, answered all our questions efficiently, professionally and quickly, she was extremely accommodating with regard to viewings and helping us with problems and questions plus going 'the extra mile' to help, which was greatly appreciated as we lived a long way from the area. We would definitely recommend Nicola to any prospective sellers.

The Knight Frank team in Cirencester are pro-active, friendly and approachable. They have a very good reputation locally and work hard for their clients and buyers to keep sales on track. They are a well established team and can be thoroughly recommended.

Knight Frank Cirencester/Bath recently sold a property for our family. They did a fantastic Job. We had no hesitation in instructing Charlie Taylor, Alice White and Rupert Sturgis from the Cirencester and Bath offices to manage the sale for us. We are delighted we did. Alice and Charlie were both superb, hands-on coordinator. They gave us a realistic estimate of what we might reasonably expect to achieve and within what time frame. They organised a swift and efficient photo-shoot, asked for our input on the publicity material and pulled together a fantastic team from your local offices, all of whom he personally introduced us to, who would show the house. They gave us regular updates on how the viewings went. Offers followed shortly. They held their nerve, talked us through the various options available to us and guided us through what was a difficult process. Their strategy worked in spades and we exchanged. We cannot praise them more highly for the outstanding service we have received from each of them. We cannot commend Knight Frank more highly. Thank you all very much.
