Sarah and her team have let and managed my cottage for several years now, and have been first class. I initially managed the cottage as lived next door, but when we moved, I found the whole process much more difficult. I just wanted to write a review to thank Callum and Andrea from Murray’s Stroud who were quite frankly amazing during my recent house sale and purchase. There was quite a stressful last minute delay and Callum was superb, chasing both ends of the chain and most importantly keeping me updated. I can’t thank him enough for his persistence and brilliant communications throughout the entire process and for helping get exchange of contracts over the line before the chain collapsed. I have used Murrys as a tenant and a landlady for 5 years. Sarah has been absolutely incredible and has gone 'the extra mile' on numerous occasions. She is extremely experienced, professional, supportive, kind, patient and efficient. I am genuinely sad to be saying goodbye to Sarah. I 100% recommend Murrays letting department. The team at the Stroud office have recently sold our house and we have nothing but praise for the way they have handled a quite difficult sale. Their professionalism and skill has been absolutely great, and nothing has been too much trouble. Would recommend them without hesitation, Richard has been incredibly supportive, and both Andrea and Callum have guided us through the process with ease.

We've recently purchased a house through Murrays, and had a really positive experience. Callum was so helpful throughout the process, with excellent communication which really helped take some of the stress out of a challenging wider chain, and helped see things through to successful completion.

Having used the services of Murrays Estate Agents on numerous occasions during the years I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending them to future clients. We benefited from Richard and James' extensive knowledge of the property market in the Cotswold and their excellent negotiating  skills and sound judgment. The journey from our initial engagement of Murrays to completion was excellent. Always calm and ready to provide good advice and direction they removed any stress taking care of everything to make the whole process seamless. To anyone contemplating the sale of their home I whole heartedly recommend that they contact Murrays first.

Our planned purchase of a property through Murrays in Stroud has unfortunately collapsed for a variety of reasons. But I want to put it on the record that the staff, notably Callum, Andrea and Annette, have been unfailingly polite, helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout the process
