I just ordered a seafood pizza and this is how much chilli was in it - I called them to complain and was told no one put chilli on my pizza : I ate the rest of the pizza as I was starving and didn’t feel like walking back to the restaurant, BTW there is no mention of chilli on the menu luckily I am not allergic to chilli but it was still unpleasantly spicy
The pizzas here are great. We particularly like the smoked salmon pizza. Be prepared for a wait though, even if you order twenty minutes in advance they tend to only start cooking your pizza when you come to pick it up! I have tried some of the Bulgarian menu, although for a non Bulgarian it was a bit of a lucky dip. Some items would be just a sausage others are full plays without much distinction other than price. Mostly good food though and happy to frequent the takeaway pizza as locals!
Pizza was ok ,but not great. It was also a bit cold.The Spaghetti smelt a bit bad, like it was on the turn. Which was a shame because I was really looking forward to it! And also because I paid money for it... I probably could make better spaghetti at home. Most likely I wouldn't feel a bit sick after eating it. On the positive side i know not to order this again. Bit disappointed!
Good food, portions and presentation of food very impressed with the salad i had and very reasonable!. The only area they could improve on just going by a first visit recently was i felt staff could be more welcoming and friendly. But otherwise lovely food which was quickly served. Oh must add it's refreshing to have a Bulgarian restaurant inStreatham other than what is usually on offer in Streatham. I live in Norbury and will return. Thank you to the owner and staff
This is a staple place of ours- never disappoints ! Pizza etc plus a separate Bulgarian menu. Our fav: the Sachs- veg/ or chicken with veg. Relaxed place.. and long may it continue !
I have been eating in and am regularly ordering food for take away/delivery Delicious food! It's always served quick and always delicious. Love this place!
previously rated this restaurant five stars. recent visits have led me to alter this to one star to reflect the terrible service I've received and the ever decreasing quality of the food. I have not been satisfied nor enjoyed the food on the last couple of occasions. proceed with caution... and definitely don't expect them to talk to you with any kind of respect.
It is a very nice restaurant - a good alternative to Chinese restaurants in that area. Food seems to be freshly made, prices are reasonable and service is good. You can have a delicious dinner for two for less than £20.00 there.
I definitely will not recommend this place to my friends and other people and I will never visit again. I had really bad experience there , the food quality and customer service are really bad and I would rate them with the lowest score. Also I am not sure if the air con ventilation was working at this time as the smell of my clothes was disgusting like I was working in the kitchen all day and I wasn’t a customer who went there to enjoy Saturday .
Called in advance to collect, when I got there they had no record of my order so had to start from scratch and I was sitting so here for half an hour waiting. I asked on the phone if they accept card and they said yes, when I went to pay I was told the machine was broken so had to go out and look for a cash machine. When I eventually got the food the chicken pasta made my boyfriend ill. Avoid!
