Do not go near this hell hole unless you like pain.

Terrible service... In a queue for over an hour. Only 2 staff in customer service and 7-8 waiting.... Management should re-consider banks work. Will be closing my acount soon here...

Absolute pisstake, over an hour waiting even though there was only 1 person ahead of me in the queue, when I was getting looked after the printer broke which took 2 staff another 20 minutes to figure out how to fix.... 25 minutes late back to work on an internship, then loads of staff standing in the back having a chat while there was a queue of 7 or 8 people waiting to be served clearly in a rush
