Appalling Customer Service. They don't know how to treat customers in PTSB Blanchardstown. Wrong information given out. No apologies. They think people have nothing else to do but keep coming in again and again. Even a simple transaction seems to need an appointment. Probably because the people on the desk don't know what they are talking about. There is one particular lady who should not be let near customers. She has no Customer Service skills. In fact, no people skills!!! I would give less than one star if I could.

Avoid this Bank in general...impossible to receive a Bank Statement for your mortgage...hassle..hassle and not one person who will actually listen to your needs.
