Absolute disaster of a branch. Usually 3 out of 4 lodgement machines are out of order. Today there was a new record with 4/4 machines down at 5pm branch open until 9pm why bother leaving the self service lobby open? Needs way more than 4 cash/cheque lodgement & ATM machines in this branch. Always massive queues any day or time of the week. Serves a massive catchment area. Branch needs to sort itself out.
I went to open a bank account, however, the customer advisor was inhospitable and uncooperative, making it a terrible experience. I did not anticipate that AIB would employ such individuals for their front desk. I would like to know the name of the employee who falsely accused me of pushing him. I must say that I will not be visiting the Blanchardstown AIB bank again and will inform all my acquaintances of this fact. I'd say a bad employee can lead to a failed bank
Just had Chemdry clean my stairs and landing carpets and a livingroom rug. Not an easy task considering I have a German Shepherd who has my carpets matted with hairs and filthy. Great service and great result. Chamoc I'm sure I have spelled his name incorrectly was they guy who did the job and he was extremely professional and personable!
Sunday morning and all ATMs out of service. This branch is going worse and worse. I won't be crying if they will close this branch forever. Edit. Another Sunday and again ATMs not working.
Went in to open a bank account but the customer advisor was very unwelcoming and not willing to help. Terrible ever to deal with guy. Didn’t expect AIB to hire such people for front desk.
20 minutes already in the bank here since 1000 how slow people need to learn using cash kiosk for smaller transactions and staff should made them aware any other customer inquire apart from big cash lodgement should be dealt at customer service desk . Service very slow and bad staff afraid to approach people and its Friday
€537 MILLION in profit in 6 months this year and they can't hire more staff? Am currently standing in branch and there are 16 people standing in a queue to speak to the single customer service rep. This is a disgrace. And they wonder why people are abandoning brick and mortar banks for fintechs? Edit: 5 mins later and the number waiting is up to 19. People are simply walking out. If any other business was run like this they would have gone under instantly
Staff was very helpful, and were able to direct me to get my issue resolved on the day. To anyone reading this, just a reminder to be patient and kind to people who work in customer support :
Kind staff, illogical opening hours, stupid queue times, rough area, poor security. Imagine trusting a centralized system with your money in the year 2022, wen fiat Ponzi collapse?
They never keep promises I ordered large Not with 3 weeks time !when the time comes they says we won’t keep anymore and they charge me lodgement Too
