The double security door entrance might be difficult for somebody in a wheelchair to access. I myself had to help some people getting in and out of the building. The bank facilities are the same as you would expect in any modern bank today. However there are no tablet computing facilities. They do however have bank PC facilities. The Staff seem to put the onus of help back onto the customers themselves. My advice would be to use your banking app if you feel happy doing so. This bank is located in the centre of old blanchardstown itself, and is therefore a traffic heavy place to be at just about any point during the daytime.
Pleasant experience. In and out quickly. No delay, which is what I like
Went in to exchange dollars for euros.. was told to travel to the branch in O'Connell st. 7 miles away!! I asked for an alternative solution, I was told to open a bank account. Not a practical solution for me. The teller said it was not his problem..basically F... off.
Everyone knows that banking in a physical bank branch is usually slow and tedious. The time spent in a bank branch can be greatly reduced if the floor staff working there were highly educated about all of the customer services available. The floor staff are friendly and are trying to be helpful but they essentially just tell you to do everything online. They are usually correct as the vast majority of banking can be done online. In my case the specific type of payment I was trying to make could not be done online. I spent more than half my time in the branch being shown that I should be able to do it online, but I was not able to. I then had to fill out a form to send off for payment, with which the staff were not interested in helping with.
Really slow on the phone, i was waiting 30 mins and when I wanted to talk with someone they did hang up. Besides they ask your mobile phone for no reason apparently. I guess all the budget is for the Leinster Rugby Club instead of this branch. One Star is too much for them.
Stay away from this bank if you need a mortgage because it’s just waste of time.
Big thanks to Chloe Hue sorted Me out in just 3min with My bank account issue. I was dealing with customer care and couple of employees hue were just misleading Me of what to do for more than a month. Only because of Chloe 5 stars and She needs 100% raise. Thank You.
Very unprofessional, one of the woman in her late 20s cashier behaviour is literally horrible. No wonder why the rating are so low of this specific branch staff.
Awful service. Waited 30 minutes on the line to talk to anyone but unfortunately, I had to hang up. Mobile App on tablets does not work, unable to transfer money. Anything customer touch on their online banking, something missing, something does not work, looping customer through the options until the user finally gives up. They need to hire a UX specialist.
The staff are always prompt to send you to the ATM even before you get a chance to explain your situation. They should be more customer friendly
