As you arrive, the security are very friendly and welcoming however sadly, when you reach the top the FOH staff are incredibly rude and didn’t acknowledge us or greet us for about 3-5 minutes whilst they had a little gossip amongst the 3 of them. Eventually we were seated, ordered drinks at the table but for food you must queue up. This place looks so lovely when you first enter, it is so beautifully decorated and has incredible views with it being a rooftop location. The food was absolutely delicious and enjoyed every last bite of it. Overall; the place is beautiful with great food but service requires drastic improvement unfortunately
We came here for a friend’s birthday and it was great fun. The free cocktail was enticing too and the vibes were good. Patty and bun and claw had a good selection of food, not to mention delicious. I would definitely go back but for me the only problem is that it is quite far from where I live so it is quite a mission. But otherwise it gets a 5 from me! A great place to celebrate with friends.
Came in by chance as had heard about it and we was in the area celebrating my birthday. Turned up and was asked if we had a reservation which I did not know we needed as I just thought it was a food hall with bar like Mercato Metropolitan in Elephant and Castle. However staff were really accommodating and we were able to share a bench table with a couple of guys, which a hostess showed us to. Great atmosphere in an old car park the toilets were clean and spacious. Bars were great and staff friendly and efficient, no longs waits. 3 food stalls which were serving up some great food concepts, i had the Korean Fried Chicken Bao. Portion was a little small for the price. Music wasn't to my liking but that didn't take away from the great atmosphere and clubby vibe you get there. Definitely recommend for group parties and will prob go again for an occasion with friends. Was a little on the cold side though so maybe some patio heaters needed.
Great place. I was expecting to find overpriced food and drinks here but I was wrong. We even got free drinks from their online promo. Lovely atmosphere during summerdaytime but it gets really dark at night. I don’t know why they don’t put lights in here because I couldn’t see anyone after sunset! If you’re looking for a venue for work drinks or to see your friends, I’d recommend going to this place.
Rooftop terrace with 3 food stalls and a bar. Nothing special and when we went patty and bun had run out of beef and the pizza place was shut. You pay a premium to have a mediocre view across London and drink prices were steep. Only upside is space for large parties, otherwise suggest sticking to a pub or actually going to a restaurant! Entrance is odd as well through a dingy carpark
Lock-Down Throw Downs Well a big thanks to Bozza for allowing us foodies out in the wild again- A face masked, socially distanced and time restricted wild; But who's complaining!? Not I- picutred here is the fried chicken Bao from @izakaya_official in the lovely @pergola_london. Sided with a Cider- @aspalluk , always leaves me ex-cydered!!! Vibes were kicking, chicken was finger lickin- Xmas carols galore, but sadly, no dance floor Cheers, to the freaking weekend! What's your 1st #substantialmeal of Dec 2020? PS- 10/10 would eat there again x
The food and drinks were good and waiters were friendly, however, they were busy chatting with each other instead of serving us even though there were hardly any customers. Furthermore we booked 2hr slot bottomless brunch but the security checks in the beginning take at least 15mins so you lose that time. The receptionist gave us misinformation and then later flat out denied it even though 3 of us heard him say it. I do not recommend this place and I would not go again, mainly due to the receptionist. Overall value for price is poor.
It was a fantastic day! From the beginning it was clear what I was looking for and Samantha in reservations was very helpful in clarifying all My doubts. I had a big group with children included, we were around 60 people and everyone was happy! The food was amazing, the drinks were great and the whole place was glowing! I had a fantastic birthday!! I have always loved the Pergola concept and have been using all their venues since they started, they are a fantastic option for us in the west that has the feel of trendy/coolness of the east with the pinch of class and everlasting uniqueness of the west! Henry & Andy were very helpful on site and very accommodating! Scratch all the bad reviews... this place is awesome!
My boyfriend booked here for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. Such an impressive space and good atmosphere. Food is well presented and tasty with three different restaurants to choose from. Good atmosphere and would defiantly recommend for a roof top venue in London. Service was 10/10 and the reception staff were brilliant. Overall thought it was great and my friends and I enjoyed the food and drinks and atmosphere. Will defiantly be going here again!
Honestly dreadful. Never again. 1. The only available vegetarian option was a side of chips 2. Extravagant prices for wine. I found some of the house wines for €4.80, so about £3.80. They were selling it for £24. That’s almost 600% mark up 3. We got chucked out with 5 mins warning. Totally out of the blue we were trying to enjoy our £24 wine and were told the table was booked. 4. The food was freezing. It was so expensive and tasted like oven food. It took so long to arrive we ate it cold. 5. Most importantly, I don’t think they were taking COVID-19 seriously. The waiters and staff had zero social distancing with us. Also, I seen a table get up and other people sitting in it within 5 minutes. Nothing was wiped down! I was sitting opposite it. 6. There was no AC that I noticed anyway Only a few fans on the ground it was breathtakingly hot. Does that mean we were all breathing the same air? Very worrying. I won’t be seeing my elderly parents for a few days just in case
