Have to say from chatting on the website to after sales they have been brilliant. Wheels came withing 3 days. locking nuts 2 days after as not in stock and when i called about a cap it came next day. They were friendly and polite no questions asked. Chris was extremely helpfully in explaining the ET. First class service.

Crappist rims I've ever owned mate, went over a speed hump today and now the car is driving terribly, the wheel is warped, these rims are not going to last 5 minutes I've got to pull them off and put the old ones back on, I can't believe how weak they are I've never seen anything like it in my life I don't know why anyone would make rims like this let alone have the nerve to sell them to hard working people. What a complete waste of time and money.

Ordered a set of wheels from this company over the phone. Very simple process, wheels were coming from manufacturer so would be a 2 week wait. Wheels arrived within the time frame, perfect condition. 1 of the spigot rings was damaged, rang them up and explained and a new spigot ring arrived the next day! Great customer service!
They say they do NOT sell faulty goods and yet good turn up damaged, ini an undamaged box.. They then threaten you with legal action after spending 9 months ignoring you, to get the damaged good back. A sham of a company
the wheels i bought were out of stock, Jason contacted me asking if i’d be interested in the other colour option as it was in stock and i said yes. the wheels arrived the next day! great customer service and fast delivery and the wheels look great on my car :
Ordered some alloys last week and they arrived within the 5 working days as told. Everything was pretty smooth. The only thing for next time would be, if Performance Alloys could send a tracking number / shipment email just to confirm delivery times ETC. Thanks to Jason and the team for helping throughout the ordering process.
Recently purchased a set of 20” alloys. Arrived within a reasonable time, emails were answered promptly and happy with the alloys. Overall a good experience and will not hesitate to use PA again.
Not sure how to review this company yet if I am honest. I purchased on their website some PCD adapters by H&R for a set of wheels I brought off a friend. I admit they came back to me the next day at 2pm and asked what car it was for and what I wanted and was I sure they are right. I thought they where. Emailed them back and no response until the following Monday afternoon again. I had ordered the wrong ones and they had sourced the correct ones. I thanked them and said they could go ahead and send me the correct ones but needed an address change as I wouldn't be at work on the Thursday of delivery they quoted. I sent them my home address upon request. Had no response since. I have emailed today to ask if they will be delivered today and no response so far or dispatch confirmation or tracking so I am a little confused right about now. Ordered 7th March, no tracking, no dispatch confirmation. But very knowledgeable and confident to ask the question so the customer doesn't receive the wrong item. But fundamentally it would be nice to know if I might get my items at some point so I don't wait in all day for non delivery.
