Wow! Customer service done properly. Volvo dealer couldn’t book me in for 2 weeks and price quoted was astronomical!nPhoned the fab Richard at Kerrs at 9am, he had me booked in for lunchtime that same day & quoted service price was a saving of almost 40% off the main dealer price.nSuper service team in Antrim had car fully serviced & turned around by 4.30pm ! Very friendly knowledgeable reception team Paul great technicians & car handed over immaculate and ready to go.nHighly recommended.
Very professional staff on reception. I was informed my windscreen wipers had to be ordered, but they would be there within an hour and they would telephone me. After 45 minutes they had been delivered. Drove back, took a seat and within 20 minutes they had been fitted. They also offer free Tea / Coffee while you wait. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back
I arrived a few minutes before closing with a slow puncture and a long journey ahead, expecting them to say that it was too late to get it fixed, but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they had me sorted and safe to get home in no time, & even offered me a coffee while they were doing job. Would have been the easiest thing in the world for them to say sorry, nothing we can do, but they never even thought of it - great service and good humans .
excellent. tyerrs had to be ordered, but did so online. The result came earlier than expected. msg from Kertrs stating ryres in and can be fitted now. FITTING TOOK A BIT OF TIME, BUT THE SERVICE WAS FIRST CLASS. Recommended them to all.
On route to the north coast and the tyre pressure warning light appeared whilst in Antrim. Took my car to Kerrs in Antrim. The staff were friendly and helpful. My car was checked and sorted very promptly. Thank you.
