I took my car to them in order to prepare it for MOT. I knew that the brake discs and pads needs to be replaced also let them know that i have a rattle on the left side and the handbrake is loose also asked them to look and see if there is anything else to be done in order to pass motbrake caliper also faulty so that was changed also. When I took the car they have told me it is ready for mot. Failed mot for several things including loose handbrake on back right side and a suspension arm. Went back to CAR DOCTOR to fix what was left, they did everything on the sheet except some welding because was not available at that moment. When I have left the yard, at around 10mph the steering wheel was wobbling really bad. Went back, turned out it was a loose break shoe that they haven't proprely thighten or it was put upside down. Second day I have realised there was a loud bang on the left side just before full lock and the car was pulling left really bad, got the car back to them they did a wheel alignment and also thighten some nuts in order to get rid of the loud bang. so the "pulling left" was solved you would think, and you are right because now the car was pulling right even worse than before. Went back to them because of that and because they had to change the heating motorin the meantime that failed. Gave me the car back after a full test and told me that in the end everything is sorted. The car still pulls right when the steering wheel is straight and pulls left when the steering is kept loose. Also, almost had a very big crash because I couldn't make another driver that was pulling in front of me, aware of my presence because when they've fixed the heating the horn wasn't connected back, also now I have a cricket noise in the dashboard when i turn on the heating. It seems the solution for the pulling right or left was to change all the wheels between them until they have it right... the excuse was that the front tires were worn on sides and they couldn't have possibly known that. Also after they've fixed the horn I have attached a picture with the professional work they have done. I need to mention that everything happened in the last 4 weeks. Stay safe, Stay away!! Update: Shortly after I took the car from them, went to do the tyre pressure thinking that it needs to be redone because they have changed the front wheels with the rear ones has to be 32psi/front and 29psi/rear and I was a bit amazed that they have already done it: It had 39psi/front and 37psi/rear. Also, after they changed the wheels between them they forgot to mention that on the front left side only one bolt was tighten and thank to God that it didn't snapped for me to lose the wheel and crash into someone. Stay safe, Stay away!!
