We had some issues with the online order in the past! Spoke to the manager and he sorted it out for us. Great example of customer service !!! Thanks for the delicious meal

I ordered on just eat through kebab hut for 2 donner meat kebabs. About 10 minutes of ordering i recieved a phone call from perfect pizza whom said they are connected to Kebab Hut and that they dont have any kebab meat would i like to exchange for a pizza, burger or any meals. I stated that I wanted a kebab so I would rather have a refund. They then phoned me back to say they have managed to get hold of fresh meat and would only take 30 minutes for it to be delivered to me and i would have two cans of drink for free for the inconvenience. I settled for this. However I wish I took the the refund because it actually took 1hr and 10 minutes to arrive. This is appauling, when my food arrived the kebab meat was stone cold, yes I may have had two free drinks but this is unacceptable. I called the company to get through to a rude woman who stated "it is not possible for the meat to be cold when it is fresh"....well I can assure you my meat was cold. She told me that I could have another one sent to me but they would take around 45 minutes, I have already waited 1hr 10 minutes there is no way i was waiting another 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager in which the reply was that the manager would not be in until later he would then be able to refund. This is not fair my partner and I have now had to wait another 20 minuted to recieve a phone call from the restaurant, it is now 19:20. I would advise anyone not to order from this takeaway, they are rude and serve you cold food. I have now just called them for them to say the manager is not availble, and I cant have a refund until he is their which they are unsure. They both hung up on my calls.
