Placed the order at 1:13am. This was a full 1 hour and 45 minutes before closed. I had just gotten off a long shift at work and was looking forward to having food. The order just never arrived. Deliveroo is waiting to get a refund approval from the restaurant. This makes the second issue I've had with delivery from this restaurant. The last time I ordered from here it took nearly 2.5 hours to get to me. The restaurant is horrible at answering the phones. So it is impossible to formally complain. Do yourself a service. Don't order from here.
Upon placing my delivery order over the phone, the food arrived promptly. During the phone order, the representative confirmed our postcode twice, which was accurate. However, the delivery driver's conduct was unpleasant. Despite having lived at the same address for years, he insisted that the postcode given was incorrect and struggled to understand my directions. The driver then proceeded to speak on the phone with the manager or someone else without saying goodbye while driving around for several minutes trying to search for our address. In the past, I have never had any problems with courier services or food delivery. Although the food was quite enjoyable, I am uncertain if I will order from this restaurant again. After reading other reviews, it appears that the owner is disregarding the comments and merely reiterating the benefits of online ordering and savings to all of the customers, which is surprising.

Absolutely disgusting pizza and kebab meat we have ever ordered. Placed an order for £110 as there was a party of 14 of us away I do not normally check base of pizza but due to my daughter boyfriend allergic to mould we checked base of pizza to our horror they was mould on the pizza. Also kebab meet was the worst I have ever tasted very dry and not fresh at all. Whole order was placed in the bin I was very poorly that night with stomach pains and dihorria if I had not been away from home I would have put stool sample into environment health. When we complaint to the shop and Uber we are not entitled to refund. We are not happy with this situation at all please do not order from here
Worst takeaway I have ever had. My wife's pizza wasn't hot and hadn't even been cut into slices properly, it was also really greasy and salty. My doner kebab was horrible, the meat was really pale and tasteless and the salad was just a load of onion and lettuce with one tiny piece of cucumber. It was also fairly cold and half of our food went in the bin. Feels like a complete waste of money and has made us feel dehydrated.
Burnt pizzas don’t buy from them total waste of money inedible food , I complained they were most unhelpful , sed they could not find my order ,

Absoulte shocking food and customers service we spent over 100 pound on pizza as there was a few of us only to find all the pizza had mold on the base of them which they did not rectify and put phone down on us a number of times ...I would advise to stay away from this place !!
DO NOT ORDER HERE!! First time we ordered from them it was over 2 hours late. When we called they said they hadn't recieved the order. We did eventually get our food though so thought maybe it was an honest mistake. Stupidly ordered from them again. Called after waiting an hour and was told that the food was on its way. After 30 minutes called again and they had no idea about previous call or order. When we said we had been told it was on its way with delivery driver the girl then said it was coming and hung up on us!! It has now been 40 minutes since the second call and clearly the food isn't coming. We better get a refund!!!! The worst part is lieing to us. If you're crazy busy just say and we would wait or ask for a refund. Will never order here again.
Rude staff. Rip off. And late delivery, these guys have really gone down hill recently. Use to be our go to go order from!Food: 1/5
