Food is always the way i like it and service top noch especially Hafsa is on top of her job beleive it or not she even remembered what i like and the only flaw is they are not suppose to take no tips which is not good at all thanks Hafsa and team keep up the good work :))

THIS PLACE HAS BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE IVE HAD IN A LONG WHILE. ALL THE PEOPLE COMPLAING ABOUT THESE GUYS BAD SERVICE NEED TO GO TO PEPES IN OXFORD AND SEE WHAT BAD SERVICE REALLY IS.
ALL THE TIMES IVE BEEN HERE THE STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE
MY 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS TELLING THE OWNER HOW MUCH SHE LOVES THEIR NUGGETS AND HE SPECIALLY GOT AN EXTRA PORTION MADE AND BROUGHT IT OUT TO HER WHILST WE WERE EATING.
AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS SPOT ON.EXACTLY HOW WE ASK IT TO BE AND ALWAYS FRESHLY MADE.
WILL DEFO KEEP RECCOMMENDING AND GOING BACK.MY KIDS LOVE IT.

I usually order and love the food. However, it is the service on a number of times that let it down. Two notable occasions, both delivery, first occasion asked the delivery to arrive for 1 after ordering it earlier in the day. It hadn’t arrived for 1:30. I was looking out for the car and waiting for a call- none came. I rang pepes and they said they had been ringing me and that I had wasted their time, I said that wasn’t true and a woman called me a liar. They rang a few minutes later (this time a man) and told me they got the wrong number, it was their fault. The woman did not apologise. This time, we had been told the delivery would arrive at the latest in an hour and 20 minutes. When we rang at an hour and a half, the same woman again said I was lying and that the delivery would take 2- 2 and half hours. I was furious and the woman herself hadn’t originally dealt with my order so she couldn’t have known. The delivery eventually came after 2:15 minutes!! By that time I had been waiting in the cold for 45 minutes and the food was left to the side as my lunch break was over. They took £3 off the bill but that certainly did not make up for it. I adore the food but the service and treatment you receive certainly isn’t worth it. For such high prices, you expect reliable, polite and quality service, instead it is highly unreliable and the workers are incredibly rude!

This place is truly a shambles. The staff and management are not capable of running a fast food chain. I have on a number of occasions been given the wrong food, even after asking at the till if everything I ordered is in the bag and being told that it is, only to go home to find that meals are missing, chips are not included, or peri peri chips (that you pay extra for) are not peri peri, but just normal. 

When contacting the restaurant to complain, I'm forced to speak to someone who does not care that the order is wrong and demands that I come back into the shop so that they can check the order. No. I paid for a service, so deliver it. 

A number of times, the chips are cold, the chicken is burnt and the food is far too expensive. I've given this place too many chances but they have let me down every time. Avoid this place and save your money!
