Penzance is a small town famous for St Michael's Mount and the promenade.
The end of the line for the British Railway Network. Small, but beautiful station that is located close to the town centre and right next to the bus station. There's a small café outside of the station selling drinks and snacks, plus there's also a nice First Class lounge inside the station. It isn't huge, but it has free drinks and snacks and is a nice place to wait while waiting for your train. The only downside is that while I was here, trains did often get delayed.
Beautiful town and very nice basic station with most of the facilities you can have. I had very comfortable night journey with GWR train. Had good sleep and breakfast in bed.nAt this station, you have facility for luggage safe, shower, breakfast. Good service for London and other destinations. I found the staff very friendly like locals and happy to help. Parking outside of station and bus station in front of station as well. Sea front few steps away. Overall like this station much.
Nice station at the end of the line, it's 5 minutes walk to town center, next to bus station, and a couple of mins walk to the coast path that takes u to the beach u pass on the way into the station
Station is around a 7 minute walk from the centre and is the terminus station for the mainline. Trains depart to St Erth, London, Cardiff, Bristol, Truro, St Ives and more. There's also an overnight train to London via Exeter which runs every day
