Hi, I would just like to share with others the exemplary level of service and professionalism that i received once again when attending this dental practice. I am not a lover of the dentist, but they always are patient with me and never make me feel rushed or pressured.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to others.

I thought it was only right that I comment on the experience I had at this dental practice, having had many years of having bad experiences with dentists, I had no choice but to go to an emergency appointment with William Howell.
Who was a complete gentleman who put me and ease from the start, he explained everything he was going to do, and talked to me through the whole process, I most definitely will return to this dental practice and would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to my family and friends.

I signed up for this practice as they were taken on NHS clients. Oh my what a terrible experince i had with this. This practice is not professional at all! 

The lady that was my dentist her name was HARRIETT REDFORD She looks misserable and lack motivation and drive. you honestly have to push information out of her and she is generally (every time i visited, which was 3 times) she has a very moody look and sighs a lot to make the patient uncomfortable... I had issues with my wisdom tooth which i needed removed, she was so rude towards me and sarcastic and she even said "yeah just because you want your tooth removed doesn't mean we can do it" and i said how, i thought this is your job? 

and sighed again. I felt so humiliated and angry and told her "surely no one wants a tooth removed, people have it removed if it is causing them pain" 

she again replied, well actually a lot of people do randomly want to remove teeth... i mean she is so childish and i can honestly say i would not trust her to handle my teeth incase she takes it out on my mouth. 

anyhow she did an Xray on my mouth and realised, oh what you know your wisdom tooth dose need to be removed after all... 

so then, as expected by a lazy dentist she said i cannot remove it for you, so i will pass you on to specialist who can remove it for u but the waiting list can take up to 6 months. I honestly don't know if she is a racist and because i look different she decided to make life difficult for me. Basically guys do not go to this dentist! i urge you, you will waste you time and energy. Especially if you end up with the lady i had. long story cut short.... i wouldn't even visit this dentist if i had to go for emergency check up. she will make u feel terrible about yourself. and will annoy you greatly with her sarcasm and  dirty stares. so i left very disappointed and i cried because i was in so much pain and i could not bare the thought of me having to deal with this pain for another 6 months - i mean that is inhumane. guess what guys ? i called the NHS after reading this practice has terrible reviews - no surprise there! i asked to be seen on an emergency client, and i was sent to carmarthen where i was seen by a dentist who did the Xray and said yup! i can remove this for you no worries and he also explained and clarified to me any complications i might have with my tooth - turns out after he did Xray he said, this wisdom tooth that is causing you pain is nowhere near the nerve so i can easily remove it for you, and he did! so yeah she is lazy, rude, sighs and will make remarks because i genuinely believe that maybe she isn't happy as a dentist and should change her career path if it is making her so unhappy that she has to take it out on her clients. her name is HARRIETT REDFORD and i have attached her photograph to show you guys, bare in mind she isn't smiling in real life like she appears on that image. 

you welcome guys, i wish i was warned before going there but at least you are! :)

Desperately needed treatment of infected impacted wisdom tooth, emergency sunday appt and they turned me away nit picking over paperwork that was perfectly sufficient for my last dentist appt. More nhs resources being used finding another emergency dentist and a wasted emergency appt. im glad it isnt my regular dentist.
