Fab dentist, staff are always friendly and professional. New owner is lovely with a fresh outlook on the surgery as it is all being refurbished  I have had some problems over the years but since seeing Bruce he has made me feel a lot more confident about my teeth. 10/10

PS: Fortunately, today I have received a call to refund the money.  Thanks. I do not recommend this practice! I must wait almost 3 months for an appointment, the day of the appointment in 10 minutes the dentist 'apparently' solved the resin issue replace a very small piece/portion of a tooth. In less than 48 hours the resin fell off. We went back and they suggested a new appointment in 4 months! That was the way they said they were being helpful! After asking if we were NHS patients?!! We paid for the treatment, but they said that the only option was coming in 4 months or calling 111 to go to a different practice, and obviously 'pay again'. I asked what would happen if I return in 4 months, they treated me in 10 minutes again, and it happened the same??? They said, in that case, 'we will try to give you a new appointment'... Is that the way to treat a patient and say 'we are trying to help'. My only conclusion is that they 'discriminate' NHS patients even if you pay for your treatment, but they insist on saying that they are trying to help. A practice that is not responsible for their own 'bad praxis' is a place I don't trust!

Had an emergency appointment on 13/2/23 at this surgery, I have a really bad phobia of dentist, but the staff were very friendly, the dentist was so patient and put me at ease, I had a tooth extraction and have to say it was painless, I would highly recommend this practice.

PS: Luckily today, we have received a call to refund the money. Thanks.  My husband Washington IC had a filling on Wednesday and in 48hours fell off after waiting for 3 months for an appointment. We went to the practice hoping that they could fix what they did wrong and their way to be 'helpful' was suggesting a new appointment in 4 months because it is just a small piece'... On top of that, when my husband said this was the first time something like this happened to him, the person in the reception asked: But were you a private or NHS patient in your previous treatments? What kind of question is this? They do their job well if you are a private patient? By the way we paid for the filling. Obviously, I won't recommend this practice to anyone...they are not well prepared to work with 'their one and a half dentist for 15,000 patients' according to their explanation.... That's very wrong!!!!

Just had a filling and it was the most relaxing dental procedure I’ve had from anyone. I nearly fell asleep twice - highly recommend Dr Masoon- she was amazing

I've been going to same practise since 1955 it's changed hands but service I had today with extracting a wisdom tooth was amazing I cannot praise them enough well done

I found this practice and staff to be the most professional and patient. They illuminated my fears and anxiety that I have from the bad experience I had many many years ago. Even in the time allocated to each patient they were reassuring and didn’t rush my options. I had an abscess and was in excruciating pain and I decided to have the extraction the dental nurse who was assisting held my hand throughout even in these strange times the whole procedure for that I am truly grateful as my anxiety levels go through the roof. So thank you to all staff involved from the Receptionist to the Dentist. I would highly recommend this dental surgery. Caroline Eley

Terrible experience. Went there in pain. Was given an x-ray and told that my tooth had a hole. Was then told that they couldn't do any procedure and that I would have to call an emergency dentist or wait until monday further 2 days in pain!. Absolutely shocking and I paid £15 for the pleasure! The most arrogant and down right rude dentist I have ever experienced. Receptionist was lovely but understandably had her hands tied. Will be taking this further. Customer service non existent. Do not come here for any manner of actual professionalism or health care.

I have been with the practice for years. Yesterday I came in for a tooth removel and I have never felt so at ease with a dentist ever. He was checking the whole time if I was doing okay and there was no pain at all when he took my tooth out so gentle and very reasurring
