I purchased my Suzuki Jimny from Pentraeth 3 years ago and continue to take it there for servicing/maintenance etc. All the staff are always super helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. My mum who lives over 200 miles away always brings her Mazda back here for servicing/maintenance as she loves the service she receives.
Very pleasant and helpful staff, they are clear concise and are happy to answer queries. The service both of the customer and the vehicle were first rate. They even provided a courtesy vehicle. Highly recommend them.

Great dealership which sold us a brilliant Kia eNiro electric vehicle. We were so pleased with this car that our BMW 3 series tourer got less and less use and we decided to downsize this car and replaced it with a Kia Rio mild hybrid which small enough to fit in our garage when not in use. We dealt with sales executive Steve Williams for both cars. He was always very friendly and helpful. We did not buy either of our cars from stock but were accurately informed of the waiting times. We were regularly telephoned by Steve and given confirmation of expected delivery nearer to the dates. Handover of both cars was excellent but the eNiro was a bit more distant due to tight covid restrictions. We have Steve's mobile phone number with instructions to call if we need any more help. Early days for the Rio, but we are very happy with both cars. We are very satisfied with this dealership and their products.
Very expensive, charge you for 5 litres of oil when your new car only takes 4.labour cost is O.M.G ,oil and filter change for £260.00. Would take any one 1 hour ,with a brew .parts + oil filter £22.00, oil 4 litres £40.00 true price .
