I found this place confusing and poorly sigh posted. Drivers are swapping lanes half way through, others are trying to squeeze past to get out and some are blocking them as it’s poorly sign posted and I guess unless you’re a regular, you won’t know where to go. Maybe there was a sign and I missed it but if that’s the case, there need to be more. Took almost 1 hour to have an empty container lifted off.
Absolute nightmare. Installed technology and its no working. At out gate at traffic light kept red light 30min. Called them and they just said go to forward through red light. So why do need them traffic light? Terrible...
A very large and well set up container hub, plenty of space now phase 2 is open. We visit this depot as daily, and always get looked after. All the guys in the office and in yard deserve to be praised for the work they do, it cant be easy
good thing it's crowded
Without the worst company to try and get boxes lifted off at. Always busy with queues that are slow moving due to one “unforeseen” problem or another. Two days in a row I have been turned away and told try again in 90minutes. The only company I know who have made an already bad service worse by improving it. Had to give it a one star as you can’t do less than that.
Incredibly slow. Doesn’t seem to be any organisation. New VBS system doesn’t seem to help, infact I would almost say it’s worse. Be prepared to be there a while!
Joke of a place! Doesn't matter what time of day you turn up, you'll be waiting hours! Makes your day a pig knowing you've got to sit and wait after you've been half way round the country! Waste of a place end of
Very slow and busy..... 2h in the queue to lift off one container..... no driver facilities.... the worst place to swap containers...
Depends what time of the day early can be a wait and afternoons a breeze in and out as it's said ..staff are your usual nice bunch in the out gate friendly ..it's just the heat wave we are having this summer it's great. But not at work for some
Easier system should need to queue will get there once saff upto speed hopefully
