Incredibly slow. Doesn’t seem to be any organisation. New VBS system doesn’t seem to help, infact I would almost say it’s worse. Be prepared to be there a while!
good thing it's crowded
Very slow and busy..... 2h in the queue to lift off one container..... no driver facilities.... the worst place to swap containers...
It's absolutely incredibly bad. Even with VBS queueing around 2 hrs.
Ridiculous, 2hrs waiting for lift off, this places should be closed or at least they should hire someone who knows how to deal with that work , drivers have own life as well , disgusting
Slow, slow, very slow. When it books too many in long queues. Told to come back after 2 or more hours.
Without the worst company to try and get boxes lifted off at. Always busy with queues that are slow moving due to one “unforeseen” problem or another. Two days in a row I have been turned away and told try again in 90minutes. The only company I know who have made an already bad service worse by improving it. Had to give it a one star as you can’t do less than that.
A very large and well set up container hub, plenty of space now phase 2 is open. We visit this depot as daily, and always get looked after. All the guys in the office and in yard deserve to be praised for the work they do, it cant be easy
A rubbish place to go. No one there to help u when u really needed. So slways b careful.
