I cannot speak highly enough about Abbey Domestics , courteous helpful knowledgeable staff, nothing is too much trouble I would not go anywhere else for white goods appliances, competitive prices and quick delivery.
I would like to highly recommend Abbey Domestic who sorted out the element in my fan oven at extremely short notice yesterday. I rang at midday, spoke to Mark who arranged for Jamie to come out and replace the fan element. This was all done within 2 hours of my phone call which was amazing! Thank you very much Mark & Jamie at Abbey Domestic for your friendly, efficient & excellent customer service as well being reasonable and transparent on your pricing.
Issues with installation caused a flood, which the owner Mark then refused to accept responsibility for, nor would he visit the property to review. For a business that apparently prides itself on reputation and being a local family operation you'd expect a less short-sighted and a more accountable attitude. My advice: go to the professionals. As for your subsequent comments to save face, you know full well that my experience was as stated, and Google are welcome to contact me to verify. If you value your reputation, have the foresight to anticipate the fallout when you leave a 91 year old woman to deal with the aftermath of your shoddy workmanship, and with no support from those responsible.
Above and Beyond service from these guys! nothing seems to much bother! Completely kitted out my new kitchen and sourced every appliance we wanted at the best prices possible! Used these for years and use them for my elderly parents as they take away all the stress and fuss for them even with repairs! Provide a service that Big retail outlets just can't get close to! 100% recommend
I have used abbey domestic to carry out repairs and replacing old appliances for many years now. Being a landlord they are very trusting with carrying out a decent service. Very pleased with my recent delivery and installation of an oven and hob in a tenants property.

Having struggled to find a appliance repair company I was ignored by several I reached out on Facebook and Abbey Domestics was recommended. I cannot thank the person enough who recommended this company. I sent a message in the evening, they responded immediately and booked in for a visit. The engineer diagnosed both the problem with my oven and washing machine in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable price quoted, parts had to be ordered as expected. Received a phone-call 2 days later, parts had arrived and follow up booking made. Engineer again was superb, fixed both issues in a timely manner, left no mess, very professional service. Communication was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this company, I cannot rate them highly enough.
These guys went over and above for us, we have a young family and rely on our appliances, when the washing machine broke they came and diagnosed the issue the next day and had it fixed on the spot, thank you! We recommend them to anyone that needs help.
