I’ve used this dealership for a while now and they’ve always been super professional, responsive and helpful. Today my car broke down and roadside assistance was with me within 30min, gave me a lift home, and then my car was fixed within a few hours.

By all means buy a car from them however I would strongly recommend you have the car MOT'd again or pay for a vehicle inspection by the AA or someone similar before you buy. They MOT'd my car prior to me collecting it last year. On the way home, I noticed smears on the front and back screens. I put the wipers on only to hear a grinding as the wiper blade rubber was none existent. This had scratched both screens permanently. They refused to repair it and claimed this damage was listed on their inspection however I didn't spot this when looking around the vehicle or test driving it. Shortly after buying the car, I discovered the passenger seatbelt was twisted and would not retract properly. This failed the recent MOT done by another SEAT garage, strangely it didn't fail when Pentagon did it last year. I was very disappointed after such a good sales experience from James. On a positive note, they did replace the wiper blades although how this was missed is staggering.
