Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Took my mini to them for a full service today and they did an incredible job. Alongside the service, they noticed that the battery in my key needed replacing and did this too. It’s the little touches that mean so much - I will definitely be using them again.
Extremely pleased with the service I have received at Motor Master today. Nothing was to much trouble, Hashem, the owner answered any questions I had and really took his time to explain everything to me, nothing feels rushed, despite them being very busy. Please think twice before visiting this garage, especially if you are a woman. I have never witnessed such bullying and threatening behaviour towards a customer. I am sure the response to my review will be the same as all of the others, defensive, aggressive, denialistic and the garage owner taking no responsibility for the actions and the distress caused. My young daughter sadly had to witness this behaviour as well which I am so angry about. I was recommended to take our Mini to this garage for repairs after a van drove into the side of it. There was considerable damage to the steering rack. It took over a week for the garage to provide a quote and in their defence even longer for the insurance to email approval and for the Insurance engineer to call and approve the works. Two weeks later and the accusations about invalid insurance and suspicion of me trying to scam him began. Despite 4 phone calls and various emails from my insurance company, when I arrived to collect the car, Ashem still accused me of not having a valid claim. I asked if he had received the email regarding payment confirmation and another detailing the BACS payment into his account and he said he hadn't received anything. When I showed him the emails detailing his correct address, confirming payment he said "I have over 2000 emails I can't read them". He kept saying to me "I'm not stopping you taking your car" yet I repeatedly pointed out to him the car was very clearly blocked in by other vehicles. He kept telling me "I'm a very busy man!!!!" He needs to remember that other people are very busy and they should not be subjected to this threatening behaviour. Finally after the threat of calling the police I was able to leave. I still do not understand why he felt this behaviour was necessary or what he was trying to achieve other than bully and intimidate me. As if this was not enough I have had to take my car into the local Mini garage due to a warning light regarding tyres and steering which he supposedly repaired and charged the insurance company a lot of money for. I look forward to reading his response which I have no doubt will be inaccurate.Service: Steering & suspension repair
I've been coming here for years simply because of the outstanding and courteous service, trustworthiness and reasonable price. Asham is very knowledgeable, flexible and polite. I would highly recommend this service.Service: General repairs & maintenance
Ash has saved me hundreds of pounds. Dont bother with the main dealers the service is terrible and mega expensive
My washer warning light came on in my mini but after buying my screen wash I couldn’t get my bonnet to open. I called Motor Master and Ash said he could take a look straight away. After some elbow grease and sorting out the seized up latches I was able to fill up the reservoir. Ash was friendly and knowledgeable and wouldn’t let me pay for his time. I was most impressed. Thank you. I will be back when it needs servicing.Service: General repairs & maintenance
My mini developed a worrying rattle. But ash and his vast knowledge soon put that rattle to bed. He kept me in the loop all the way. Just needed a bottom pulley.BMW Specialist Nottingham ECU Repairs Timing Chain Specialists in sneinton tried to change my timing chain so I decided to get a second option as I didn't trust there diagnosis.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
