I arrived to work, turned off the engine, but couldn't get the key out of the ignition. It was completely stuck! I tried turning the steering wheel and using more force with the key, non of which worked. J&B Autos is round the corner from where I work. Even though the garage hadn't yet opened, the receptionist Leah invited me in & offered to walk back to my car and see if she could help. She was AMAZING! she solved the problem & gave me some good advice in case the same thing happened again. Leah you're a star! I am so grateful for your kindness and mechanical knowledge too!

Bit of an overdue review, I have used these guys on several occasions and never been disappointed. Great service, a good price and possibly the only garage I have ever come across that will call you back when they say they will. Highly recommended.

Booked in at the day before, brilliant staff very friendly and knowledgeable , great bunch of lads working there and a very good price. I definitely recommend them and I will be using the company again. Thanks guys

Avoid like the plague! I booked in for a full service and MOT plus a clutch inspection. I was charged £358 which is roughly what I was expecting. The problems came with the MOT failure. One brake bulb (£3.50) and rear brakes (pads, discs, hoses and callipers). I was quoted £454 for the repairs which I considered obscene. I took to another garage. They repaired the brakes for a third of the price quoted by J&B saying the hoses were fine and only one calliper needed replacing. J&B refused to re-test free as I had the work done elsewhere, due to the outrageous quote (in fairness, they had told me this would be the case in advance but I thought they might be more flexible given that I had already paid £358 for a service and inspection there). Still worked out much cheaper to pay for a completely new test elsewhere. It passed with no advisories. J&B also had a new cambelt on the advisory list (I had replaced 2 years ago and have done 8000 miles since) and 4 new tyres due to cracking and being on limits with tread depth on the front. These also did not show up as advisories on the test elsewhere. If you would like work done on your car for a reasonable price to ensure it passes it's MOT I would certainly not recommend this place. I found the receptionist courteous yet unreasonable.

went in on Friday a had a few issues with the car, lady on reception was very helpful. They did an inspection and advised what i needed and what i could put off for a while. which i appreciated as Jan is the worst month. Nice bunch
