Idiots gave me one of my two items and ordered the other item. Came back next day Saturday and they gave the same item again and i had to go the weekend without my needed prescription. Then when I returned literally 60 seconds later the shutters were up and they wouldn't answer my knocking. Terrible, disgusting service Complete buffoons you should be ashamed of yourselves
Arrived to early to collect my prescription, but the lady had no hesitation in putting it together, always excellant service.

Disgraceful behaviour by your driver this morning at approx 9.05. Despite the fact that I was driving at the speed limit he or she decided they couldn't do the same and accelerated sharply to overtake and continued to accelerate all the way up St Alban’s Ave till I lost sight of them. Speeding/ dangerous driving is already an issue on the estate . Your Pharmacy vehicles should not be adding to this!

Best pharmacy in Ashton. Always helpful and kind. Sometimes its your doctors fault if your prescription isnt ready, they dont always send it within the 48 hrs they say they will. But this pharmacy will always help you if thats the case.
Since Boots have taken over it has gone down hill. I put my prescription in on Monday go back Saturday and it’s not ready. I end up waiting for ages when the whole point of a nominated Pham is to walk in and get it, not having to wait 6 days Later. It’s just not good enough Every time I go something is wrong and they can only blame the spine so many times. Most of the staff are lovely but the young blonde lady in today 11/12/21 is so rude she has no customer service skills and just like to shrug her shoulders. She was even rude to another staff member whilst I was stood there. I will be transferring to the chemist at Asda.
Ï have always found the staff at Penny Meadow Pharmacy very helpful and are always willing to go that extra mile to provide excellent Customer Service. Me and other family members have used their Services for a good few years and have never been disappointed with their Services and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again for all hard work you put in.
