Went in to get prescription for my OH  .Lady receptionist with Glasses in her late 40s was so miserable to be there behind the Tills may be She is called Dawn not sure .She needs to understand why people visit Pharmacy. Asked her to check if they had the medicine in stock avoided to answer the question and same was repeated by the Pharmacist and only found out until I had to go back for waisted journey and then they said They haven't got in stock ...Should they have said on first time Would have saved my couple of hours for the medicine finally be with me.....What a waste of space this Receptionist is.......

I would actually give 0 stars if I had the option - went there yesterday to see if I could buy a hydrocortisone cream to relive a sudden severe rash on my face until I could get to the Dr - the cashier was extremely rude, shouted for the woman pharmacist to come speak to me. She was even worse - told me that she couldn't sell me this HC45 Cream (Hydrocortisone) and didn't give me a reason just told me to see my Dr (if I could have had an appointment, it wouldn't have been for ages anyway!) - Just no reason to be so bloody rude! They either need re-training or they need to be disciplined - especially working in a pharmacy, most people who go there are either ill, or very vulnerable and the last thing you need is rude, arrogant staff!!!
