Absolute joke i was 1st in on Sunday morning got asked to do a water sample - walked in to the toilets and there were some dirty smack heads needles on the floor my kids could of walked in there before me. Receptionist didnt seem that worried about it. Why wasn't the  toilets checked and cleaned before the public come in i wish i could post the pictures.

this place is a joke ive had serious problems numerous bloods taken yet i can never get an appointment even when the doctors wants to see me to go over blood results its a joke. They tell u ring at certain times yet they dont answer phone

Would give 0 stars if I could. No doctors in until lunchtime!! Then when they finally arrive there walking around like they have got all the time In the world when people can't even find a seat in the waiting rooms.. Absolute joke shorter waiting times in A&E will never bother with this joke of a place again I can reassure you of that.

Been with them a few years now. Only had issues with reception staff in past & one doctor. Services have improved since in my experience. 

Upon having chats with different doctors discovered that reception staff are under a lot of pressure (no excuse to be miserable towards patients).

The biggest downfall to the place now is the phone calls. Can be calling for hours and no answer. 

Management need to work on improving their services and make work load easier on the staff dealing with patients.

Took my 1yr old in today (Sunday). Seen by Fiona who couldn't have been better. She was so good with him (and us). Reception and pharmacy staff were also friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great service.
