My favourite comfort food in Liverpool! Food was still piping hot, crunchy and packed with flavours when I arrived home tired after a long day. Literally what I needed. Tried many Chinese but the food here was definitely the most delicious and the staff are the nicest people ever - made my day I heard the chef’s fried chicken here is good so can’t wait to try that next time. Peking Palace is a gem! Absolute new favourite of mine! The portions are generous, and the presentation is excellent. Online ordering was a breeze. Highly recommend for an authentic and delicious Chinese dining experience! The salt and pepper box is a must!!!
New management, well to me. Happy helpful welcoming and happy to have a chat so you get the most from their menu. Some really lovely NEW dishes I still gotta try, maintaining if not exceeding previous management high standards in take away cuisines
I recently ordered from Peking Palace after I heard there was a new management! I was absolutely delighted with the experience! From the moment I placed my order, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was correct and delivered promptly. The food was nothing short of amazing. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy and tangy, the fried rice was fluffy and well-seasoned, and the spring rolls were deliciously crispy on the outside and filled with fresh ingredients. What impressed me the most was the generous portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation of each dish. The attention to detail truly made a difference. Definitely will try this again!

Been looking for a regular Chinese takeaway spot since moving to Liverpool and think we’ve finally found the one. Food was amazing and the service was brilliant, portions of food were massive and the value for money is excellent. The service was brilliant spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who confirmed that we could change slight things on the Uber eats app on the notes section and they also added prawn crackers and spring rolls for free on our order and to add the chicken balls were possibly the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to my next one.
Ever since they've been taken over by new management - rude as anything. Blunt, surly, an attitude on, arrogant, dismissive... just a few words to describe my experience this evening. I will not be spending money in there again.Food: 3/5
Food was delivered really quickly. The meals looked different to normal- lots of veggies which was good. Unfortunately neither dish was very tasty, the ribs were particularly disappointing. I've since learned the place is under new management, which is gutting after going to this place for 10+ years. I'll give this one a miss in future.

This is my usual go to place when I'm wanting decent and tasty Chinese food. I'm absolutely devastated, not sure if it's new recipes or new owners but everything is different and tastes like it's been dipped in salt before it was sent out. Bbq was brown when it used to be bright red, satay chicken was like rubber, bbq ribs usually covered in bbq sauce was dry. Salt and pepper chicken had no taste at all the only saving grace was the soft noodles.. they were pretty standard but at least I could eat something off the order. Put me right off ordering from here again.
