My son sat his Theory Test here a few days ago. He said the staff were really nice an helpful an everything was well organised. His appt was 12 so he arrived 15min beforehand and once checks were done he started the test straight away. In an out within 40mins. He was over the moon when he passed.

Very bad, staff were lovely at the beginning and then went very down hill when you actual start. Very nice lay out but to sit next to someone for an hour coughing their lungs up and snorting continuously and trying to bring up phlegm is his mouth during COVID. Then to top it off, you can hear the staff just laughing as loud as they could; barring in mind it’s meant to be like exams conditions well it’s meant to is an absolute disgrace really.
I took my CITB health and safety test here. The staff were efficient, polite and professional throughout and the centre itself was clean and tidy. Everything was done as described in the joining instructions. I came by car and was able to park in the street nearby parking meter. It's a short walk from the train station and there's a bus stop just outside too, so it's very easy to get to. All in all, a good experience for people in a potentially stressful situation, where the test result can impact their ability to work.
It's been almost 20 years since I took my theory test at Guildford and I thought going to Aldershot would be a depressing experience, however the centre is laid out very well and had absolutely no issues. And I passed my PCV theory! Winner winner chicken dinner.
I've passed my theory driving test here. All 5 stars for this center. Great staff and we'll organized.
Son was 3 minutes late due to roadworks, not his fault and they would not allow him to take his theory test. Yet at school Pearson's policy is an hour and a half late and you can still take your exams. No refund or rebook have to pay again because test has to be done you are no better than a bunch money grabbers.
Staff was friendly and nice, straightforward directions, there were lockers to keep your belongings, the facilities were clean. Nothing really to fault.
Dropped son off for theory test today, unfortunately 3 mins late and he was turned away. When asked the staff member why, he was rude, would not listen and basically stated that despite driving an hour and half that son could not take test. Asked about refund, again rude is not the word! When taking exams at colleges and schools, candidates can be late, but extenuating circumstances forms are completed because traffic and buses are taken into consideration! I expect a full refund.
Giving it 5 stars because I passed.Good experience
