Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff, highly recommend! Facilities are clean and quiet, there's plenty of lockers, and it's all run very well. If you arrive early e.g. 25m instead of 15m early they'll likely let you begin straight away.
I made a mistake by going into their toilet while waiting for my son to take his test this morning.nnI saw the receptionist with her head down when I walked in and didn’t want to disturb her, so I thought I’d speak to her once I was done.nnAfter going into the toilet, I noticed a poster on the door saying that only candidates could use it and that no one else was allowed to wait in the centre. By that point, it was a bit late, as I was already inside, so I decided to leave as quickly as possible to avoid any trouble.nnHowever, she shouted at me while I was on my way out. She was very confrontational and abusive. I remained calm and tried to explain myself, but she seemed determined to take out her anger at any opportunity she could find.nnSuch unnecessary behaviour—really quite sad.
I went in this afternoon,l met two people a man and a femaleSuethe man received me nicely,l told him the reason why l came there,the man wasn’t sure of answer he gave me,he asked Sue for clarification,she didn’t even mind him,she was busy watching a movie on the PC,she was very rude.
The aged blonde receptionist is extremely rude! This is the kind of employee they would hire to be the face of the centre! Shocking!
Booked a test for 15:00, I left my home early, but due to a collision between two cars on the road, I arrived at 15:03, I tried to explain why I was late, but they stated they already didn't have any free slots, which was fine. However, the staff then proceeded to ridicule me in front of other people waiting to take their test. I nearly cried on the spot. Horrible staff, negative atmosphere in there. I shall be booking my theory test else where, I don't think people need to be belittled for a mistake they could not have avoided.
