I've tried 3 in London and multiple in the Surrey area and this is definitely my preferred centre along with the Holborn, London centre which unfortunately is now closed. Facilities are good, staff were great and really helped in terms of keeping the process smooth before taking stressful exams. Smaller centre but close to station and easy to find.
Test booked for 5.30pm. Came 5.29pm and a the ladies didn’t let me in cause they were saying I supposed to be 15 min earlier and they won’t let me take the test cause it’s a last slot and they want to go home early! I have promised that I won’t take any more time than all the others but they rudely asked me to leave the building!!
It is a very professional centre... Dot on time and very professional and helpful staff members, all required setup is up to the mark and was a really pleasant and breezy experience for me... Keep it up
Very grateful for the staff there. My daughter was late for her time slot due to a road closure caused by a car accident locally. The ladies went over backwards to help and allow her to take her test. My daughter was so stressed when we were stuck in the traffic jam. She had spent so much time preparing for the test and thought she will have to rebook. Thank you ladies. Much appreciated.
Arrived just on time for my appointment as their was traffic and the man at the desk spoke disrespectfully and lectured and belittled me. I apologised many times as I understood i needed to be 15 minutes early but he carried on talking to me with a harsh tone causing me to cry during my test and affected my concentration.
