Just bought a lovely set for my cousins wedding Amazing customer service and very much satisfied with my purchase and price. Was even showed the hallmarking before payment.

I have been buying jewellery from Pearl Jewellers since 2006, never had any problem with them personally or their jewellery Would recommend to all Family run business I went to ask about the article and was given explanation that was good for me Don’t judge people until you hear both sides of the story!!! All my items are hallmarked 22ct gold, I have checked them.

I having bad experience with some close by shop so I coming to Pearl and they doing everything good way properly. He showing me this hallmark on chain I buying and was good service I seeing the news but I no problems with thems I happy customer

Would not go there again. Gave three rings to increase the size found damage two of them. After complaining they became rude even though I was given a gaurantee that it will be fixed.
