Don't believe a word!! I went in there today with an software issue on my Samsung 8 that had arisen earlier in the day with a fault code on the screen that rendered my phone useless. Within 20 seconds the salesman at Device Care said my phone could only be saved with a complete reboot and wipe and that all my files, numbers, photos etc would be lost and that they were more than willing to do it if I wanted. I passed as my phone is still under manufacturers warranty so I was willing to send it back. Five minutes later I caught up with a friend who, through Google, had the problem sorted within seconds. If I'd believed the salesman at Device Care I could've been landed with an unnecessary bill and have lost everything on my phone. Not good advice from a so called expert!!

Fantastic service. Managed to order and repair a lesser known brand phone within the week for a reasonable price. Very efficient and would definitely use again if the unfortunate happened again.

Do not ever buy from this store. Bought a mobile cover that lasted less than a day. When I went back to ask for a refund they refused. They wanted to try to fix it. I said that was unacceptable as the item was not of a good standard that would last any length of time. I again asked for a refund. They said no again so I insisted on a different style of cover. I am furious that a refund has not been given so therefore I will be going out of my way now to warn any potential customer not to buy anything from this store as ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK. Disgusted with the extremely low level of customer service and quality.
