Terrible customer service. Three "assistants" on one till all trying to sort out a price on a reduced item for a customer. All completely ignored me standing waiting to buy one item. When they had finally sorted out the other customer and the transaction was just about completed, one of the "assistants" looked at me and said do you want to come and pay on the next till? Why couldn't she have said that during the 10 minutes I was waiting there?? It shouldn't take three of them to serve one customer, leaving someone else standing waiting. Of course there was no apology from the "assistant" either - will definitely never shop there again. Would not have given even one star rating, but no option to leave none.
