Visited this store whilst in Weymouth today had a few items I wanted to purchase wasn’t clear from where I was in store if changing rooms was open as I’d travelled far didn’t want to again to return items, so checked with a member of staff an older woman short grey hair response was snapped “Everyone’s changing rooms are shut!!! Rolling her eyes, was so upset I left I understand in these times there’s a lot of uncertainty but things change week to week this member of staff nastiness was unnecessary I left my purchases & left :
Went on a weekend visit to Weymouth in June when weather a lot better than expected so needed a pair of shorts & lighter clothes! . Great selection, modern & clean inside compared to my local one in Uxbridge. Extremely friendly staff & a bargain reversible handbag as pointed out by lady at the till as I thought it was only leopard print but can be turned inside out and used as a black one! Utter genius bargain for £10-12 can't remember which price it was
Great clothes but social distancing markers on floor do not make sense and are very confusing with arrows pointing in different directions randomly.. Be better off with a one way system.
Discrimination from staff avoid Weymouth store at all costs... Was told I had to use alcohol hand sanitiser even when I said I was allergic and therefore can't, I was told wear these gloves then use it or don't come in... where does it say you must use this, It is hard enough in the world right now with this allergy without rude staff making up their own rules then not allowing entry to stores. Its discrimation to treat disabilities this way, maybe your staff need some training in how to deal with people and what the covid rules actually are. Can only imagine how an alcoholic person would be treated if they refused to use it. Disgusting behaviour peacocks!
Decent shopping experience, friendly staff. Fitting room however had no seat or place to put your own clothes as you were trying on items.
All on flat so easy for disabled. Great range of clothes and fittings rooms at back
