5 star Hotel and location, 4 star staff and 3 stars for food.
Great service, great ambience! Is a pleasure to enjoy the afternoon tea there!
Great venue and no question the best breakfast I've ever had. Plenty of staff who help with everything. The indoor decor is beautiful and spacious.
We went in to have a drink after dinner and we ended up having a sabrage lesson with Lukasz: a new experience well worth the visit! Thanks to him and all the staff for looking after us, we will be back!
Came here for afternoon a while back. The decor is lovely. Although this afternoon tea experience is nowhere nearly as good as the Balmoral's Palm Court afternoon tea. The service at Peacock Alley simply wasn't good enough. Lots of waiting around and staff didn't seem all that pleasant. The food was pretty good.
