You have a pub at the end with outdoor seating, a hairdresser, and a local small supermarket with loads in it.
Popped into Creations hairdressers for my first haircut in over 4 years. From the moment you walk through the door ypu notice how relaxed the atmosphere is, all staff were friendly and welcoming. The hairdresser sorry can't remember her name asked me to go through what I wanted then she cracked on, all the while very chatty but very attentive to her work. Can't fault the staff in any way. Would highly recommend Creations and their amazing staff
Amazing convenient Budgens store close to home , well stocked with many brands . Amazon drop off collection points . Great helpful staff also from the bottom tier assistant up to the top bosses . shout out to Pete , Becki , Cerys , Julie , Nadine and more who go out their way to help you !
Has a handful of shops but could really do with a post office and a barbers / hairdressers. It's central to a lot of houses and I'm sure people would find these extra services very useful.
The hub of Peachcroft, a shining beacon of civilisation and culture. Chip shop, Chinese, convenience shop akin to Co op, and a booze shop. All you need really. 2 pubs as well in time for the 17th of May. Only dislike is the useless charity shop and bookies. There's about 5 or 6 charity shops around abingdon and it would be nice to have some variety
There is a limited range of everyday shops here: Budgens, Martins, fish and chips, Chinese takeaway, hairdresser, pharmacy, dental practice and alcohol outlet store, with easy parking. Local pub, Christian centre, community hall and nearby children's play area.
Decent selection of shops and services including, at time of writing, supermarket, off license, hairdressers, pharmacy, bookies, gym/dance studio, dentist, chip shop, Chinese takeaway.

A run of the mill residential shop cluster. Corner store, metro mart, chippy, pub and assorted beauty and age shops. It's kept relatively clean.
