Have just bought a beautiful Nissan Juke from Lodge Hill. Also a bonus on finding this on a single trip. Excellent service from Paul and the team. Very quick getting everything sorted for us. Would fully recommend this company.
Had a lovely experience with Lodge Hill Garage. Nigel Very fast and efficient! They came round had a look at my car and made an offer very fast! And next day was round collected and filled all the paperwork for me! Made it so easy and quick to sell my car! No stress. Would 100 percent recommend them!
Bought my used Astra from Lodge Hill Garage, sold to me by the very professional and relaxed Matt. There was an issue with the front camera and also a dent on a door. Dent pulled out to my satisfaction and camera replaced which was done at a Vauxhall main dealer. Was kept informed of the progress by Mark regularly. What a great team! I recently needed to replace my car at short notice and decided to try my nearest dealer, Lodge Hill. There was a wide range of cars and prices. Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to examine cars at my leisure and have a good test drive. When I collected my chosen vehicle it was presented in showroom condition and I have been completely satisfied with it since.
Great service from the guys at Lodge Hill Garage! The car was pristinely turned out at pick up and Matt and the team did a great job of ensuring all was in order, and post sales support was arranged. They even promptly made sure a replacement spare key was arranged as it was missing with the car. Friendly, efficient and honest, would certainly do business again. Cheers guys!
Very polite & friendly staff but seriously fell short when it came to communication with us as the customer. Visited, test drive and deposit paid on a vehicle . Went to collect and the car had developed another engine management issue. 21 days later the vehicle still wasn't ready and in all this time it was us chasing the dealership. Refund given and went elsewhere . Only fair that the reviews reflect every buyers experience so when asked a few days ago I felt compelled to be honest ! I would not recommend or return to Lodge Hill
