Amazing staff, very helpful. They tried all they could for us. Rang when they said they would more than once. Can't thank them enough for all they're help and kindness.
These people are pet angels. They fought for my boy and where so so kind to me. I also sat in waiting room watching people pay what they could in varying amounts with thanks and with out judgement. Cannot thank them enough. Regarding the phones. It's a charity. Be patient, perhaps sit with phone on loud speaker. You'll get through.
Was very considerate, got late because of all the roadworks in the city centre but they still saw my cat
