What great service, ordered online, immediate phone call to confirm order. Short turn around time, can choose am or pm delivery slot, with tracking Both David and Mark the delivery lads, where fab in every way, very polite, diligent and took pride in their work, top job and a credit to pavilion broadway
I don't often write reviews, as there is always an excuse why I don't get round to it! I had to sit down and write this straight away. We were fortunate enough to have Scott and Gareth visit our home today. My choice of words here is careful and deliberate! They didn't 'deliver' our furniture, they did so much more than this. Scott and Gareth have to be 2 of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. The positives are so many - friendly, polite, punctual, helpful, informative, professional, kind, caring, great with dogs !, considerate, exceptional manners. I could go on. You don't often meet people in life like these 2. I sincerely hope that Pavilion Broadway know, recognise and appreciate what they have in Gareth and Scott. I would be so lucky, if my business was represented by Gareth and Scott. Thank you so much Scott and Gareth. I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you both again.
Excellent products, superb service and a lovely showroom. We’ve bought several items from these guys and never any issues. Our Chairs we ordered 10 days ago arrived on time and were installed by Gareth & Scott. What a class act! They carried the chairs in, unwrapped them, installed the legs and took the packaging away with them. Excellent service throughout.
We have a problem. My wife ordered a table but didn't get any response to confirm the order. Two weeks later I got an email telling us it was to be despatched but, by then, I had given up and bought and received an identical item elsewhere. I rang and asked for delivery to be stopped and the order cancelled but they have delivered the unwanted items and want to charge me £20 to return it. EDIT Their reply confuses "automated" with "faultless" but I will arrange my own return for £6.39. Very frustrating and I won't buy from them again.
What an amazing service I’ve just had! Just randomly found this place on Google and their delivery guys weren’t any normal delivery people, these guys were special!!!! Scott and Gareth were gentlemen! Impeccable service and will 100% buy from them again. Highly highly recommend!!!! Oh and my coffee table beautiful too
Excellent delivery service, both Gareth and Scott were polite and helpful. The delivery was within the provided time period, everything was unwrapped and carefully put in place. Would definitely recommend and use again!
Have just taken delivery of Alderley Leather Patchwork Chair from Pavilion Broadway. The product itself is very well made, and exactly what we wanted. The delivery men, Gareth and Scott were fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful and helped to move the chair into the lounge and helped with the unpacking. Highly recommend!
We are so, so pleased with the table we purchased, it looks fabulous in our new dining room. A wonderful service from everyone involved and our delivery drivers, Gareth and Scott, were absolutely great - thank you so much.
We bought more furniture in November with a promise of delivery before Christmas - it arrived today. Delivery drivers were absolutely excellent, Gareth and Scott, such gentlemen! Arrived within allotted time, very considerate and polite asking if I wanted them to remove their shoes before they even stepped over the threshold. Wouldn't let me carry anything into the house and tidily stacked the boxes out of the way in the lounge - all 10 items. Cross-checked their paperwork before leaving, both wishing me Merry Christmas as they left with smiles on their faces. The country would benefit from more Gareth and Scott delivery drivers - a dynamic duo and huge assets to the business, showing how customer service should be! Thank you
