Brilliant customer service from everyone I dealt with.
Picking up odds and ends for builders working on my house. All members of staff were really friendly and polite and went out of their way to help. Arranging pickups for wrongly ordered by me items and delivering the new ones as if it was no trouble at all. I highly recommend them.
Lovely people, they did a great design for our kitchen and were happy to spend as much time as we needed to finalize the details. The only reason there are not 5 stars is that the showroom itself is too small to do justice to the available kitchens.
Whilst disappointed to have to pay for them, got replacement 'magnetic push to open' catches. Kitchen just 2 yr old now. Staff helpful to get me parts I needed so it was easy to get sorted
Can't understand why this branch has a low score. From start to finish all the staff there have been so helpful and professional from the planning of my kitchen to deliveries and suggesting ideas. Excellent from start to finish . Thank you
Really good service. Looking for new kitchen and had visits from staff to discuss what we needed, no pressure was applied. Helpful knowledgeable polite staff. Good range. Needless to say we bought our kitchen from Howdens
Excellent place if you're looking for a new kitchen as we were. Very obliging staff, Martin kitchen designer did a brilliant job designing the kitchen we wanted. Would highly recommend them.
Unable to get price of flooring as we are not a trade! They gave lost a potential customer as we wanted an idea of cost!
