Decided as a last day treat to have a proper cornish cream tea. It was absolutely delicious!!! The sandwiches were beautiful and fresh, with proper fillings. The scones were the best I've ever had and slightly warm. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Would strongly advise anyone to go and will be returning again on our next visit to Newquay!

If you walk past this place, you're mad. It's not the place and the decore, this place is about customer service and the food. The menu is small so what they put on the plate or in the bowl is and will be really good quality. The Sarnies are well made and filling, but most people go in for the cakes, so if you're on a diet have a break and go in and enjoy.

Lovely little place. Great cakes and very reasonably priced. Staff are amazing especially when little one was poorly.

We always visit Paulines at least once when we are in Newquay. Cosy no frills tea room upstairs. Good pasty for lunch, with plenty of options on the menu. Cakes to die for, will make you stop and look at the shop. Cornish cream tea to take away. Oh go on then!
