I would just like to thank Paul and Helen for an impeccable and smooth, first class service. 

From first contact, all the way to the conclusion of my Father’s funeral, everything was seamless and handled with sensitivity at a very difficult time. As for most people, I had no clue how to handle a death and I had my hand held all the way.

If you are unlucky enough to have a requirement for a funeral director, I would really recommend these guys.

The most amazing professional, compassionate, caring group of people, Paul & his sister Helen could not have done more to make a difficult time easier, the funeral, arrangements, absolutely everything was outstanding. The cars, drivers, coffin, flowers all totally impeccable. No one wants to arrange a funeral or say goodbye to a loved one, but unfortunately we sometimes have to. Should you need a funeral directors then I can absolutely say without hesitation to use Paul Williams.

Absolute disgrace. This man did my mums funeral in may 2017 after taking instructions from my older sister who was estranged from my mum for 10 years paul willams along with my sister made sure the funeral was the same day i who had flown in from America was ment to fly back .after i said to him this fact he simply said you will have to change your flight .he did not care that it would cost me another 300 hundred pounds and proceeded with the funeral .i ended up paying 300 pounds just to be at my mums funeral .i went to the funeral home yestaday to get a copy of the cost of the funeral bill he was very rude and would not give it to me . i must say i was heart broken at the death of my mum and disgusted by mr willams treatment of me and intend to bring legal action.
