Received a survey from Paul Girvan asking if I had any local issues needing attention. I responded regarding potholes on our road. Never received a response despite me chasing it up many times. Total waste of time. Why ask for opinions and then ignore them.
Called with a question to help an urgent private matter, never called back as promised. Very poor service!!!!
