Post office opening hours are useless - literally impossible to collect your parcel, why was it even taken here where it can't be collected from? Official opening hours on Google are lies, opening hours added as a note differ from the hours given by rude and incompetent staff in store.
The shop is not covering the post office hours as advertised online
Please be aware that these are not the post office opening times, as shown on the Main Post Office website and through a Google search. But they are the hours the garage operates as a shop. Called in today at 5:45 having just received an email that my parcel was ready to collect. One of the girls working asked the manager if she could get it for me. I was told I would have to call back when the post office is open. Either the manager was to lazy to go and get the parcel for me or you could do with updating your opening times accordingly to make customers aware that it's not a post office at the times being advertised.
Open from 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday open 9 to 2 on Saturday main post office and combi till open same times as garage all week. Staff very helpful.

Unfortunately, these are incorrect opening hours displayed! V disappointing.
The opening times are Monday - Friday 10:15am - 4pm and Saturday 10am - 1pm
