Really impressed with Patrol store it was my First time ordering from them as I used to order my High Visibility Security vests from Amazon but they were cheaply made and they weren't durable at all. So I was quite cautious about ordering another high Visibility Vest for my Job as a Security Guard but I received my vest from Patrol Store This Morning. The vest is Amazing it looks the part, It is heavy which tells me it is well made unlike other vests I have had in the past, really impressed with the Quality and the look of the vest and can't wait to get it on Tomorrow for work. Only negative is the pouches are absolutely tiny otherwise perfect vest, Well made etc. Really impressed with Patrol store, Speedy delivery, well made, Excellent quality, Great choice of stock across the board and I will definitely be ordering Future equipment from Patrol Store. 5
The team down at the warehouse and ruby were really helpful in finding a new pair of boots. Really knowledgeable and provided a wide range for us to try on for the perfect fit, thanks again!!

I will start by saying that I never give 5 stars normally as it leaves no room for improvement. I have made an exception today and here's why. I sent my Zinnia auto folding scooter to Betty and Berties for repair as the folding mechanism was not working poperly. Ruby advised me when they had received it but then kept me informed of the status as it happened. The repair was carried out but they also repaired/adjusted other bits which Ruby advised, would be carried out as a "goodwill gesture". These were all detailed to me in an email and followed up by a phone call to check it was okay to sent it back checking I would be around to take delivery.I feel this is way above and beyond what they needed to do, Thank you very much Ruby and all at Betty's and Bert from a very satisfied customer.
I purchased some Magnum Boots from Patrol Store earlier this year and unfortunately they did split within 4 months, which I have been told could be as a result of mass manufacture. I made contact with Patrol Store and spoke to Annabella who has been fantastic. She explained the process of getting a new pair, and even sorted it for next day dispatch so I can try and get new boots by the time my next set starts. This is a fantastic service for emergency service personnel, so they aren’t left without vital equipment. Customer service is second to none, and I look forward to receiving my new boots! Went in to get sized up on boots. Very knowledgeable staff on the boots. Friendly and found the prices cheaper than elsewhere I would have paid a premium for the service anyway. I'll be certainly recommending them and visiting again
Bought a pair of boots about 10 weeks ago. The boots developed a defect leather peeling. Contacted Patrol Store by email and got very quick responses to my query. I ordered new boots as boots especially Magnum boots are decent work boots and was issued a full refund for my old boots with the defect. The manor and response from Chloe was excellent. Good company tobuy from and customer service is exceptional. Thanks
Placed an order and after 9 days it still hadn’t been despatched. When the store looked into it, it transpired that the item wasn’t actually in stock. Refund issued.
First time ordering from Patrol Store and initially I would have never ordered from them again. Reasons: Let me order a product and then informed me after taking payment they had miscounted in their warehouse and didn’t have the stock. Sent me a completely wrong brand item to what I ordered which was half the price. At this point my experience was destroyed by them. All I can say after that is their customer service was 100% after the issues were brought to their attention. They refunded me the money back very quickly and organised for the correct item to be shipped out to me and for the incorrect one to be sent back to them. I understand companies make mistakes but nine times out of ten they don’t want to accept responsibility or try to make it someone else’s fault. I can’t credit Patrol Store enough for the way they handled their mistake. Yes it was a mess around sorting it all out but they resolved it and did so quickly and efficiently. Can’t think of giving them anything less than 5 stars, will definitely be using them again.
Just received my Magnum Viper Pro 3, second pair in 4 years. Hard wearing, durable and comfortable for a 12h shift. Delivered as stated well priced £20 cheaper than the Magnum store.
